How does it work?

Step 1

You let me know you’re interested by filling out the above form (or going here) and I connect you with Pallet

Step 2

Pallet identifies which talent communities in their network would be a good fit for your open roles by looking at your startup’s industry (i.e. AI vs web3 vs climate tech) and also what open roles you currently have (i.e. Senior Engineer vs Designer)

Step 3

Pallet gets opt-in from those talent communities and then makes their entire talent networks available to you

Step 4

There are two ways to meet candidates (you will be able to do both):

1. You request intros to an unlimited amount of candidates you’d like to meet and Pallet makes the connection
2. Pallet shares your job listings with the talent communities directly, and you receive inbound applications
